Hello Families,
Zanker's Student Council is excited to share a great opportunity to help out our community during this cold season. We will be hosting a Sock Drive for the next two weeks. Please drop off new socks of all sizes at the office at Zanker Elementary. The office will be open from 8:30-2:30 Monday- Thursday. We will donate all socks to the Milpitas Food Pantry.

Registration for the 2020-2021 school year is available HERE. All of the required documents can be uploaded during this process, so if you are able, please have your PDF files ready to upload for your submitted documents. Once your online submission has been completed, you will receive an email with more information regarding your enrollment for the next school year. Free and Reduced Price Meals
Free and Reduced Price Meals are available to families who believe they may qualify. If your family chooses to apply please complete a "Free and Reduced Meal Price Application Form." The forms can be accessed online (much faster processing time) at the link below or obtained and returned (completed) to any school office. You will be notified by mail of your child's status. Until notification you must provide your child with a lunch or lunch money. Applications must be renewed at the start of every school year.

Only complete one application per family. The information you give will be used to determine or prove your child's eligibility for free or reduced-priced meals. This information may also be used for other state or federally funded school benefits.
Registration for NEW students for the 2021-2022 school year will begin January 25th.
(Due to Covid-19 Protocols, we will NOT be taking any in-person registrations at this time. If you need to use one of our chromebooks to complete the registration online, please contact sminor@musd.org to make an appointment.)

Mortgage Statement or Rental Agreement (dated within 1 year)
Dental Assessment (dated AFTER August 12th, 2020)
Current Immunizations
4 Polio (3 doses meet requirement if one was given after 4th birthday)
5 DTP (4 doses meet requirement if one was given after 4th birthday)
2 MMR (on or after 1st birthday)
3 Hepatitis B
2 Varicella (by 5 years old)
TB Risk Assessment (dated AFTER August 12, 2020)
Health Examination: Required for TK, Kindergarten and 1st Grade ONLY (dated AFTER February 12, 2021)
