2024-2025 ENROLLMENT
Before visiting the ENROLLMENT tab to enroll, please:
Make sure that you have as many of the required documents ready to upload to your enrollment application.
Please DO NOT type any portion of the application in ALL CAPS.
Make sure that you are selecting the CORRECT school year of attendance.
We enroll by birthdate.
Once you have completed the online enrollment, please wait to receive an email from Mrs. Sally Minor (sminor@musd.org). We will be processing the applications in the order of receipt. We can also handle questions through email, it is much faster than calling in. Thank you for your patience.
We DO NOT provide school tours.
The first day of the 24-25 School Year is August 15th.
Office hours for additional enrollment processing, will take place Tuesdays through Fridays, between 9am and 2pm.
Milpitas Unified School District Board Policy states (Education Code Section 48261) that when a student is absent from school, the parent/guardian must notify the school every day of absence by calling our attendance line (408) 635-2882 and press 2.
When calling please, “Identify yourself as the parent/guardian/caregiver of your child.”
Provide the reason for the absence and date(s) of absence(s). Reasons such as “babysitting, appt. for parent, going shopping, oversleeping, didn’t feel like going, and nothing to wear” are unexcused absences.
Absences may also be verified by sending a note with your child when he/she returns to school.
ABSENCES MUST BE VERIFIED WITHIN Forty eight (48) HOURS
It is very important that this information be provided to the school within the time allotted or your child’s absence will be considered unexcused. Excessive unexcused absences and/or tardies will result in truancy procedures.
