Right At School Afterschool Programming for 2026-27

Dear Zanker Families,

We are excited to share an additional after school program option available to families beginning in the 2026 to 2027 school year.

Starting August 13, 2026, Right At School will offer after school programming for TK through 6th grade students at the following schools:

  • Burnett Elementary School

  • Mabel Mattos Elementary School

  • Zanker Elementary School

Right At School will operate tuition-based programming to help expand access and support for families on current waitlists and who are not eligible for ELOP.

After School Programs

The program will be available after school until 6:00 PM every day school is in session. To learn more about Right At School's programs in MUSD, please visit https://www.rightatschool.com/districts/milpitas-ca/

Families will be able to work with Right At School to create flexible monthly schedules, choosing 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week. Drop-in care is also available.

Right At School will provide local, qualified staff and a high quality, engaging enrichment curriculum to keep students active and involved. Each day includes a snack, homework support, fitness activities, and hands on STEM projects, along with team building, community service, and leadership development. The program's thematic curriculum aligns with our district's academic standards.

Virtual Family Forum

Right At School will host a virtual Family Information Night via Zoom in the next few weeks. During this session, we will share an overview of our programs, what families can expect, and how to register, along with time for live Q&A. If you are unable to join us, a recording will be made available on our website for you to watch at your convenience.
